About the Role

As a (Senior) Sales Manager Governmental – BeNeLux (m/f/d), you will be the primary point of contact for governmental clients and stakeholders across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will work closely with internal teams to drive revenue growth and advance unmanned systems technology within the region.

Your Day-to-Day Mission

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential governmental clients.
  • Establish strategic alliances within the governmental and defense sector.
  • Conduct continuous business development and acquisition through country-specific research and professional networking.
  • Build and maintain strong B2G networks and sourcing relationships.
  • Act as Key Account Manager for strategic customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations, including CRM maintenance and proposal development.
  • Create customer-specific marketing content in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for sales-related inquiries.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors.
  • Plan and coordinate sales-driving activities like customer events and flight demonstrations.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Several years of experience in the governmental sector (e.g., military, police, international organizations, NATO), ideally with a sales focus.
  • Proven negotiation experience with defense contractors and governmental procurement entities.
  • Strong ability to manage RFI/RFP processes and create competitive proposals.
  • A proactive drive to win new business and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Ability to lead customer events, deliver compelling presentations, and represent the company professionally.
  • Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Bonus: An established network within the BeNeLux governmental or defense procurement community.
