Your Role: Gestaltungsberater (Advisory Consultant) for Restructuring and Corporate Succession

As an Advisory Consultant for Restructuring and Corporate Succession, you will engage in a challenging and rewarding field. As a tax expert, you will develop individual structuring concepts in close collaboration with the responsible partner and guide their implementation to completion. You will create tailored solutions and strategies to successfully support companies during sensitive transition phases. You will guide our clients through tax and legal challenges, acting as a trusted partner. You will serve as a cross-location consultant for the LKC Group. Your professional base can be chosen from our partner firms in Regensburg (AWP), Augsburg (GRP Günter Reitmayer GmbH & Co. KG), or Munich, depending on your private and family orientation. Your consulting mandates will be generated by the LKC Group firms, allowing you to handle supra-regional assignments, primarily in Southern Germany. This role offers the chance to apply your expertise in a dynamic environment and to continuously develop professionally.

Your Responsibilities:

• Preparation and operational implementation of conversions, restructurings, and succession planning advice.
• Tax advisory services for corporate succession and support in drafting necessary contracts and other legal measures.
• Preparation of expert opinions and statements.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed tax advisor examination and/or second state examination in law.
• Ideally, several years of professional experience as a tax advisor and/or lawyer in advisory consulting.
• Sound tax, business, and legal knowledge with a focus on transformation (tax) law and inheritance tax law.
• Dedicated, entrepreneurial, and independent work style.
• Proficiency in DATEV and MS Office is desirable.
• Communicative personality and enjoyment of client interaction.
