Team Mission
Join our Sales team in New York City as an Account Manager. You will own a book of business comprising mid-market supplier partners across the US and Canada, taking full accountability for their performance, satisfaction, and commercial growth on our platform. Your role is to build trust, act as a strategic partner, and identify opportunities to help your accounts thrive through new expansion ideas, problem-solving, data analysis, and dedicated support.

Your Mission:
- Manage and Grow Business: Own and expand a portfolio of mid-market tour, activity, and experience provider accounts. Understand your assigned markets and achieve performance targets.
- Empower Partners: Provide education, resources, and enablement to become the go-to partner for your accounts' growth and strategy, driving long-term retention.
- Drive Commercial Opportunities: Pitch, cross-sell, and upsell to secure new activity listings, increase availability, and negotiate commissions.
- Collaborate Internally: Partner with internal teams to resolve roadblocks, troubleshoot connectivity, and escalate issues to ensure a world-class supplier experience.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Monitor partner health by addressing challenges like cancellation rates, on-trip quality, and review scores to enhance the customer experience.
- Strategic Insights: Regularly review account performance, share clear insights with management, and proactively identify expansion opportunities.
Your Toolkit:
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in tech or a marketplace environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust rapidly with partners.
- A data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing performance metrics and translating them into actionable strategies.
- Passion for shaping the future of sales and partner success, thriving in fast-paced environments and leveraging resources for efficient growth.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-oriented attitude.
- Enthusiasm for travel and GetYourGuide's mission.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or French) are a plus for the North America market.
