The Role

Humanly is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to spearhead strategic growth initiatives within large enterprise organizations. This senior B2B sales position focuses on selling Humanly's AI-powered recruiting automation, AI applicant engagement, and talent acquisition technology to Fortune 1000 and high-volume employers. The ideal candidate possesses a strong aptitude for complex sales environments, a deep understanding of enterprise HR ecosystems, and a passion for revolutionizing the candidate and recruiter experience.

What You'll Do

  • Target Audience: Sell Humanly’s AI-powered recruiting platform to enterprise organizations with substantial hiring needs, including major brands like Domino’s Pizza, Massage Envy, MGM Resorts International, and Wayfair.
  • Enterprise Sales Execution: Navigate complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, IT, Security, Legal, and Procurement.
  • Value Proposition: Articulate how Humanly’s conversational AI platform streamlines recruiting operations through automated candidate engagement, interview scheduling, screening workflows, and recruiting intelligence to enhance speed-to-hire and candidate experience.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with executive buyers such as CHROs, Talent Acquisition leaders, HR Operations teams, CIOs, and enterprise compliance stakeholders to align solutions with organizational hiring goals.
  • Technology Integrations: Position Humanly as a seamless pre-hire extension of enterprise HR technology stacks, integrating with leading HRIS, CRM, payroll, and workforce management platforms.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust enterprise pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, strategic account planning, leveraging referrals, participating in events, building partnerships, and executive networking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure successful evaluations, pilots, onboarding, and long-term account growth.
  • Revenue Ownership: Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, maintaining accurate forecasting and disciplined account management.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a preference for HR technology, AI, recruiting, workforce management, or automation platforms.
  • Proven success selling into Fortune 1000, enterprise-level, or Franchisor organizations with complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and accelerating traditionally long sales cycles and intricate procurement processes.
  • A strong grasp of talent acquisition workflows, enterprise hiring challenges, and HR technology ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment.

Even Better

  • Experience selling AI-powered recruiting, talent intelligence, or workforce automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise ATS and HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle, iCIMS, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, or similar systems.
  • Experience working with high-volume hiring organizations in industries like hospitality, retail, QSR, logistics, gaming, staffing, or customer service.
