Key Responsibilities

• Independently guide the team's technical direction and implementation within defined architecture, from conceptualization to deployment.
• Evaluate trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact to ensure the development of optimal solutions with client success as the priority.
• Create and lead the team’s technical documentation and repository management practices, including branches, pull requests, and merges.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to provide architectural oversight and manage dependencies influencing product strategy.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and complex bug fixes, focusing on security, performance, and reliability.
• Mentor Junior Engineers, supporting the growth of technical capabilities within project teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Proficiency in ReactJS and modern frontend development practices, including hooks, context, state management (Redux/Zustand/Recoil), advanced CSS (layouts, responsive design, CSS-in-JS, design tokens), modern build tools (Vite, Webpack), and testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Solid experience developing backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using .NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#), including C# language features, async/await patterns, middleware pipelines, clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code across the full stack (ReactJS, C#, SQL Server, advanced CSS).
• Experience designing and writing comprehensive test cases to ensure structural and functional integrity.
• Good working experience with SQL Server, including modeling and stored procedures.
• Experience setting technical direction and orchestrating implementation strategies across development teams.
• Architecting and designing scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise-level systems using .NET Core, ReactJS, and Azure.
• Demonstrated experience following and adapting high-level architecture to project and client needs.
• Ability to verify/validate architecture implementations and influence overall architecture beyond the team.
• High level of English proficiency for global team interaction.
• Demonstrated initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers.
• Strong knowledge of architectural styles, design patterns, SOLID principles, and OWASP.

Additional Experience Desired

• Collaboration with Tech Leads and Architects to translate high-level design into implementation tasks.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams, including sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to refine technical details and definitions of done for user stories and tasks.
• Technical orchestration among overall tasks.
• Knowledge of building Cloud Native applications.
• Experience in the medical domain is an advantage.
