The Restaurant Support Team, based in Munich, comprises approximately 150 employees.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle administrative HR tasks, including contract creation, and issuing certificates and references.
  • Process payroll-relevant documents for external payroll processing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Store Management regarding administrative questions and operational implementation.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing in collaboration with the external payroll provider.
  • Maintain employee files and the time tracking system.
  • Take responsibility for and contribute to HR projects.
  • Prepare and conduct workshops for Store Management on administrative and legal matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Controlling.
  • Provide reports and HR data analyses.
  • Continuously optimize all administrative HR processes collaboratively.
  • Adapt and implement new legal and organizational policies.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree.
  • Initial experience in Human Resources is advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of social security and payroll tax law.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external departments.
  • Distinct team and service-oriented skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with colleagues within the matrix organization of various departments.
  • Effective working style in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in standard software (MS Office, especially Excel) and online applications.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
