Your Role: Executive Assistant to Management with HR Focus (m/f/d)

You will take on a central function within the company, bridging HR, team organization, and payroll. You will be the primary contact for our team, ensuring functional HR processes while simultaneously supporting management in daily business. Your Responsibilities:

The HR Contact Person for our team of approximately 25 employees.

Responsibility in Payroll: You will independently manage our payroll with DATEV Lohn und Gehalt.

Versatile Tasks: The role combines HR, Team Assistance, Payroll, and Organization.

Direct Collaboration with Management: Short paths, quick decisions, and a high level of trust.

Growth within the Company: We are currently growing by 20-25% annually – you will support the company with your function.

Your Role with Us:

Payroll

  • Preparation and execution of monthly payroll in DATEV.
  • Reconciliation of payroll data.
  • Verification of relevant HR data.
  • Collaboration on annual statements with our in-house finance team.

HR Support

  • Support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Creation of contracts, references, and certificates.
  • Maintenance of employee files.
  • Contact person for employees.

Time Tracking

  • Daily monitoring of the time tracking system.
  • Clarification of discrepancies.

Recruiting

  • Support with interviews and their coordination.
  • Organization of onboarding.

Assistance (approx. 20-25%)

  • Support for management.
  • Organization of appointments.
  • Preparation of documents and presentations.

Your Qualifications:

What you bring:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or personnel administration.

Payroll Competence: Experience with DATEV Lohn und Gehalt.

Structured Work Approach: You work in an organized, independent, and reliable manner.

Team Orientation: You actively seek contact with employees.

Discretion: You handle sensitive data responsibly.

Basic HR Knowledge: Understanding of labor law and social security law.

Communication: You can conduct and structure conversations clearly.

Software: MS Office, DATEV Lohn & Gehalt, ERP or HR systems.

Language: Flawless German language skills (C2).

Readiness: Our office is in Saerbeck. You are willing to work in the office.
