About the Role

We are a modern company with an open "Du" culture, short decision-making paths, and a supportive team. For our accounting department, we are looking for a reliable individual who combines professional competence with initiative. This is a part-time position (25-35 hours per week).

Your Responsibilities

• Operational accounting in daily business
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Payment transactions
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements
• Maintenance, control, and reconciliation of accounts
• Organizational support of management
• Administrative tasks in human resources
• Creation and maintenance of contract documents
• Master data maintenance
• Support with general HR topics

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a tax specialist (Steuerfachangestellte/r), accountant (Buchhalter/in), or a comparable commercial qualification.
• Professional experience in accounting.
• Structured, independent, and meticulous way of working.
• High reliability and discretion.
• Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
• Enjoyment of taking responsibility and contributing beyond your immediate tasks.
