Praktikant:in (m/w/d) - Influencer Marketing (E-Commerce & Retail)

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Intern (m/f/d) to support the expansion of our Influencer Marketing efforts for E-Commerce and Retail within the Sales Marketing Team, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Identify exciting new personalities and brand ambassadors on social media who align well with our brand.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating our influencer marketing campaigns for our online shop and retail partners, contributing to the development of suitable creator activations.
• Support the analysis of campaign performance and gain insights into how influencer marketing influences both online sales and retail success.
• Manage daily communication with influencers and our community.
• Assist in brand building and other day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Social Media & Influencer Marketing, or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a comparable field.
• Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok, an understanding of current social commerce trends, and an interest in how brands grow both online and in retail.
• Excellent communication and networking skills, with a proactive approach to finding new contacts.
• Solution-oriented with a proactive and independent approach to challenges.
• Native-level German and very good English language skills.
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
• Minimum internship duration: 6 months.
• Based in Berlin.
