Responsibilities

• Processing and booking of incoming invoices.
• Booking of debtor and creditor payments and management of the dunning process.
• Reconciliation and maintenance of creditor and debtor accounts.
• Clarification and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Booking and reconciliation of cash receipts.
• Support in ensuring compliance with legal regulations (HGB, UStG, KStG, etc.).
• Providing information for management, tax advisors, and banks.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with additional qualification as a financial accountant.
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting.
• Proficient in MS Office and common ERP systems.
• Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
• Independent, precise, and confidential way of working.
• Strong team spirit, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality.
• Sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills.
• Secure handling of sensitive data.
