What You'll Do

Join a high-impact Sales Team focused on driving growth within an established territory.

  • Territory Management: Leverage a warm, established territory with an active book of business and white-space opportunities.
  • Full-Funnel Support: Benefit from dedicated SDRs for lead generation, regional marketing for local campaigns, and a robust marketing engine for inbound demand.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner with Platform Consultants and Solutions Consultants for strategic planning, precise demonstrations, and account expansion.
  • Growth Focus: Emphasize upsell and cross-sell motions within existing customer accounts, alongside acquiring new logos.
  • Mission-Driven Sales: Sell cutting-edge technology that forensics examiners, investigators, and law enforcement leaders rely on to protect communities and save lives.
  • Career Development: Be part of a rapidly expanding sales organization with mentorship, leadership visibility, and a clear path for career advancement.

What We're Looking For

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly territory plans.
  • Create diverse deal structures, from platform-wide solutions to individual deal sizes.
  • Build a pipeline of new clients through proactive prospecting and networking within the public sector.
  • Execute cross-sell and up-sell strategies within an existing customer base.
  • Qualify marketing leads and sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver customer-facing presentations.
  • Facilitate technical product demonstrations with Solutions Consultants.
  • Manage the product trial lifecycle.
  • Accurately complete quoting processes and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis to ensure optimal product alignment.
  • Knowledge of the digital forensics and cybersecurity industry, including the competitive landscape, is an asset.
  • Employ Solution Selling methodologies to position positive business outcomes based on customer needs.
  • Demonstrate exceptional cross-functional relationship management.

Travel Requirements

  • Travel is an integral part of this role, expected to be between 30-50% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Range: $150,000 - $200,000 USD per year (Total Target Compensation for roles with incentive components).
