What You'll Do

As a Digital Experience Manager, you will optimize the digital customer journey across app and web, translating insights into actions that drive customer value, brand perception, and digital growth. You will lead commercial digital planning and manage the continuous optimization of the digital experience in line with global guidelines.

  • Translate the commercial plan into daily digital site activities across customer groups, including content publishing and navigation.
  • Optimize digital performance across app and web in alignment with the commercial plan and global guidelines.
  • Analyze sales performance, web analytics, customer behavior, and test results to identify actions that improve digital sales, profitability, brand perception, and customer value.
  • Review outcomes from tests and actions, share learnings, and provide recommendations to local teams and global partners.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize delivery, payment, and return options to support profitable digital growth.
  • Drive the implementation of post-purchase strategies, new capabilities, and roll-outs, managing interactions with customer support and escalating issues to Business Tech when necessary.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the E-com Leads team, setting direction, supporting prioritization, and ensuring strong execution.
  • Plan digital execution in collaboration with the Commercial Manager and Commercial Lead, and work closely with the Commercial Business Analyst on analysis, testing, and performance follow-up.

Who You'll Work With

You will lead the E-com Leads team in the Sales Market DE and collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager, Commercial Lead, and Commercial Business Analyst. You will also partner with customer support teams, product teams, Business Tech, and global digital functions to ensure aligned planning and smooth execution across all digital touchpoints.

Who You Are

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital commerce, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proven experience working with the digital ecosystem, understanding its capabilities and interdependencies across app and web.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing a team in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Experience driving cross-functional collaboration in a complex organizational structure.
  • Willingness to travel between Berlin and Hamburg as needed for business.

  • Deep knowledge of digital channels and their commercial implications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical, structured approach with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English.
