About the Role
Provide high-level support to U.S. executives as a remote bilingual assistant based in Latin America. You will manage calendars, emails, and executive projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and emails efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other essential documents.
- Record meeting minutes and track follow-up actions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional communication standards.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Perform other similar or related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in executive support, with remote experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A quiet home office setup with stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and a backup connection.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

What We Offer:
- Hourly rate equivalent to USD $1,500 - $1840/month (based on experience).
- Annual pay increments.
