About the Role

As an integral part of the i-profile team, you will focus on conceptualizing and implementing personnel development measures for both internal and external clients. This role involves actively contributing to the creation and execution of workshops, seminars, and assessment/development centers, as well as conducting coaching sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualization and implementation of customer-related and internal personnel development measures.
• Participation in the development and execution of workshops, seminars, and assessment and development centers for internal and external needs.
• Conducting internal and customer-related coaching.
• Accompanying and advising employees and managers on their individual development paths.

Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, psychology, humanities, or social sciences.
• Initial experience in the conception and execution of training, workshops, and coaching, and/or in selection diagnostics such as assessment and development centers.
• Pedagogical and didactic skills for effective and sustainable knowledge transfer, including digital methods.
• Ability to work in a structured and results-oriented manner in a dynamic environment.
