The Role

As a Desktop Support Engineer based in Shetland, you will work alongside talented individuals delivering Information Technology and Data Management solutions. You will leverage the latest advancements in systems and technology while providing a consistently first-class service to our customers. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems for our clients.

Key Skills and Experience

• Provide remote and face-to-face support to customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Ensure timely response to incidents and support requests, logging and assigning all escalations to the correct teams.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to achieve successful resolution of all desktop-related issues.
• Previous experience in end-user computing (EUC) or desktop support roles (office-based or field-based).
• Experience working across multiple sites or customer environments is beneficial.
• A strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
