Your Responsibilities:

• Support and advise managers and employees of a defined group in personnel management matters.
• Plan and support personnel expansion at our national and international locations.
• Provide support for company-wide training and junior programs.
• Implement and execute HR processes and ensure compliance with internal HR policies.
• Conceptually and actively participate in the development and implementation of projects in various HR fields.
• Organize and conduct recruiting activities.
• Handle organizational and administrative HR tasks, such as creating employment contracts, contract amendments, and references.

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in HR, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Sound knowledge of labor law and several years of experience in operational HR.
• Experience in designing central HR processes.
• Proficient in collaborating and sparring with management.
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Confident use of HR systems, MS Office 365, and SharePoint.
• Independent, structured, and meticulous work style with a quick grasp of concepts.
• A high degree of initiative, teamwork, and a strong hands-on mentality complete your profile.
