Senior Accountant (m/f/d) - Real Estate

Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad spectrum of tasks in financial accounting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB with team support.
  • Assist with preparatory activities for the consolidated financial statements of the parent company within a team.
  • Actively participate in exciting accounting projects.
  • Process and post business transactions and optimize processes in this area.
  • Coordinate and supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations and process payments.
  • Prepare VAT pre-declarations, summary reports, and statistical reports.
  • Contribute to process design projects, including the further development of ERP software.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of guidelines and tax-related matters.
  • Collaborate closely with management and external advisors (e.g., auditors, tax inspectors).

Qualifications

  • Teamwork skills and independent working style.
