We are seeking you for a financially well-positioned service company with eight locations throughout Germany and over 400 employees.

About the Role
This is a full-time position to be filled through personal placement. This means you will have a permanent employment contract with your new employer from the beginning, who wishes to employ you for many years.
Your New Job:
- In a team with two other colleagues, you will create payroll.
- In addition to payroll, many individual calculations are required, including annual bonus calculations at different times.
- Furthermore, you will take care of related topics such as time accounts, work incapacities, reintegration, parental leave, and maternity protection.
- Additionally, you will handle reporting and certification processes and act as an interface to social security and pension insurance providers.
- You will draft amendments to employment contracts and terminations.
- You will advise employees and managers on all personnel-related issues and act as a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees you support.
- Additionally, you will contribute your know-how and experience to further digitalization efforts.
Your Qualifications:
- Good mood, desire for nice colleagues, and teamwork!
- You have at least eight years of professional experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration.
- Ideally, you have already worked with DATEV and ATOSS (not a prerequisite).
- You are enthusiastic about further digitalization and ideally have relevant experience.
- You possess very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
