Creative Content Specialist (AI & Performance Marketing)

Your Responsibilities

• Email Marketing Content: Independently create graphics and visual assets for our email marketing campaigns and manage the associated editorial calendar.
• Social Media Management: Plan, design, and post content on Instagram and other social media channels, from concept to publication.
• AI-Powered Content Creation: Produce visual content primarily using AI tools (Midjourney, Gemini, Artlist) and refine it to brand standards using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Performance Optimization: Work KPI-oriented, understanding how your creatives perform and optimizing based on performance data (CPM, CTR, ROAS).
• Project Management: Organize your tasks structurally using Asana and coordinate closely with the Performance Marketing team.

Your Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator – a fundamental requirement.
• Experience with AI tools for image and content creation (e.g., Midjourney, Gemini, Artlist) or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Performance Marketing: Understanding key KPIs and ability to contribute data-driven insights in creative discussions.
• Independent and structured work style; you don't require micromanagement.
• A good sense for visual language, aesthetics, and what works on social media.
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
• Residency in the Stuttgart area: While the role is 100% remote, you should be located near Stuttgart for occasional team days and product shootings.
