Overview

Xerox is looking for an Enterprise Security Architect with an AI focus to join the Enterprise Cybersecurity Architecture, Engineering & Cloud Security team. You will be instrumental in conducting security architecture reviews, providing secure-by-design guidance, and enabling secure delivery across enterprise initiatives, including AI and GenAI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess risks, recommend practical security controls, and contribute to the development of secure enterprise architectures, while building expertise in the evolving AI security landscape.

What You Will Do

• Conduct security architecture reviews for enterprise initiatives, including AI-enabled applications, cloud platforms, SaaS integrations, and data-driven solutions.
• Evaluate solution designs across identity, application, cloud, data protection, monitoring, and network security domains.
• Perform threat modeling and data flow analysis to identify risks and recommend mitigations.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to integrate security requirements into implementation plans and track findings to resolution.
• Support third-party solution evaluations by assessing security posture, architecture, and data handling practices.
• Contribute to reusable security architecture patterns, standards, and reference designs.
• Provide guidance on AI and GenAI security considerations, including data protection, retrieval authorization, and model security controls.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to strengthen enterprise security capabilities and practices.

What You Need to Succeed

• 4+ years of experience in security architecture, security engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or a related field with security responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of enterprise security domains including IAM, application security, cloud security, data protection, and monitoring practices.
• Ability to evaluate architecture diagrams, data flows, and technical designs from a security perspective.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to document findings, requirements, and risk recommendations clearly.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with technical teams to remediate security findings and improve security outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Base Salary Range: $60,120 - $120,240 USD

The salary range provided is for the specified location and reflects the low and high end of the annualized base salary. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as geographic location, market competition, and the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
