About the Team

If you are passionate and excited about working at a product company in the sports media and gaming space, we want to hear from you! We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and humble Product Designer to help scale and maintain our Design System, Alley-oop. You will play a critical role in enabling our feature designers and developers to scale their products more reliably and efficiently.

About the Work

• Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the "Alley-oop" Design System.
• Collaborate with feature designers and developers to ensure consistent application of design principles and components.
• Create and refine UI components, patterns, and guidelines.
• Advocate for design best practices and usability across product teams.
• Help streamline the design and development process, enabling faster and more efficient product scaling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Experience with component libraries and style guides.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual design and user experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
