We are looking for a dedicated HR Associate to support our People Team programs.

About the Role

As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and administering key People Team programs that shape the daily employee experience at LogicGate. Reporting to the Senior Director, HR, and collaborating with the HRBP team, you will help bring our onboarding, recognition, swag, engagement, and learning programs to life, ensuring they run smoothly and consistently.

What You'll Do

Onboarding

  • Execute Program Operations: Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company onboarding program, including scheduling, logistics, and content management.
  • Drive Continuous Optimization: Audit content, delivery methods, and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

Recognition

  • Manage Swag Logistics and Milestone Programs: Oversee the end-to-end administration of the internal swag platform, including inventory, new hire kits, company store, and milestone awards, while tracking budget.
  • Coordinate Recognition: Streamline company-wide recognition programs, compiling nomination summaries for review.

Engagement

  • Administer Surveys and Track Action Planning: Lead logistics, timelines, and communications for the annual experience survey and monitor cross-functional action plans.
  • Translate Engagement Feedback into Insights: Synthesize survey data into presentations for HRBPs and Senior Leadership.

Learning & Development

  • Administer Platforms and Logistics: Manage learning systems, coordinate training logistics, and serve as the point of contact for employee system access.
  • Deploy Communications and Content Audits: Draft and distribute L&D communications and conduct regular content and completion audits.

HR Program Support

  • Enforce Brand Identity and Editorial Alignment: Review People Team communications for consistent voice and tone, partnering with Marketing on branding assets.
  • Provide Agile Program Support and Leverage AI: Deliver administrative support for evolving People Team initiatives and utilize generative AI tools to draft, edit, and refresh communications and program content.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3-5 years in HR/People Operations coordination or specialist role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
  • HR Operations Foundation: Experience supporting or administering HR programs (onboarding, recognition, engagement surveys) and proficiency with HR tools.
  • Communication & Discretion: Collaborative style, high integrity, and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • AI Literacy & Tech-Forward Mindset: Curiosity to explore and adopt new technologies, including leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
  • "Owner-Operator" Mentality: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, operate with urgency, stay organized, and proactively solve problems.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 per year, plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
