About The Opportunity

OKX is looking for a Senior AI Creative Designer to develop AIGC video and AI-animated assets for paid ads to drive OKX’s global market growth and product launches.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Concept and execute high-impact creatives for ads growth and marketing, from initial brief through final asset delivery.
• Utilize AI to accelerate every phase of the design process: ideation, moodboarding, asset variation, copy iteration, and production polish.
• Optimize AIGC prompts and manage the internal visual resource library to improve design efficiency.
• Demonstrate fluency with generative AI tools across the design stack (e.g., Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini VEO, Seedance).
• Present creative work to stakeholders, advocating for design decisions with clarity and conviction.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of experience in design, with a focus on marketing, advertising, or performance creative, ideally within the tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environment.
• Active, hands-on proficiency with AI image & animation creative tools, translating AI capabilities into effective creatives and business outcomes.
• Comfort working at speed in a remote environment while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
• Experience partnering with business development and local market teams to produce and iterate on ad creative.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required to collaborate effectively across our multilingual, cross-regional teams.
