Join our dynamic Berlin team as a Working Student Communication Design (all genders). You will support our project teams in developing and implementing design solutions for strategic communication campaigns and brand-building initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Support project teams in the conception and implementation of design solutions within strategic communications campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
• Work closely with experienced designers and consultants to develop visual concepts and creative directions, spanning brand identities, internal and external campaigns, presentations, and digital formats.
• Create a wide range of materials including infographics, social media assets, key visuals, presentation layouts, and moodboards, always with a keen eye for corporate identity and client strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the development of design guidelines and brand worlds, translating complex topics into visually compelling and accessible content for diverse target audiences.

What You Should Bring

• Enrollment in a design-related degree program (Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or similar) and at least in your third semester.
• Ideally, practical experience gained in an agency, creative studio, or in-house design team.
• Confidence in using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• A solid understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual language.
• Fluency in German and very good English skills (written and spoken).
• Strong teamwork skills, ability to take feedback seriously, and capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
