The Role: Prenatal Account Executive, Northern Wisconsin

As a Prenatal Account Executive, you will be instrumental in bringing BillionToOne's unique single-gene NIPT to OBGYN clinics and MFM practices. This field sales position requires you to deliver clinical information, influence market perception, and drive the evolution of our diagnostic solutions. You will be a key player in expanding access to essential prenatal screening.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
  • Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships.
  • Identify and capitalize on commercial growth opportunities within OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
  • Create and implement strategic business plans to accelerate utilization within your territory.
  • Manage the full product sales lifecycle, from new business development to lead generation.
  • Represent the company at local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector, directly calling on providers within the specified geographic territory.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, with strong understanding of buyer types and effective selling, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Exceptionally bright, flexible, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to act with urgency and focus on closing business.
  • Skilled in assessing medical professional needs and applying consultative sales approaches.
  • Strong desire to work in a startup environment and ability to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA laws and patient privacy regulations.
  • Demonstrated values and ethics aligned with BillionToOne's mission and professional code of conduct.
  • Ability to handle patient and physician information with discretion and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Total Compensation: $184,569 - $248,269 per year (at plan), including base salary of $136,869 - $163,269 and uncapped commissions.
