About the Role
We are looking for you as a Recruiter (m/f/d) at Mammutmarsch for approximately 20 hours per week. We seek someone who understands recruiting not as a mere administrative task, but as a competitive advantage. Someone who finds the best talent before others do, builds networks, develops processes, utilizes modern technologies, and ensures Mammutmarsch always has access to the right people ā be they employees, freelancers, or volunteers worldwide. Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Active search and approach of suitable candidates in international markets.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future personnel needs.
- Conducting initial interviews and pre-screening suitable applicants.
- Managing and coordinating the entire application process.
- Close collaboration with respective departments for filling open positions.
- Development and implementation of recruiting strategies for different roles and markets.
Processes & Scaling
- Building scalable recruiting processes and standards.
- Documentation and continuous optimization of existing workflows.
- Establishing a data-driven recruiting approach.
- Analysis of relevant recruiting metrics and reporting.
- Improving the candidate experience throughout the entire application process.
AI & Recruiting Technology
- Identification and implementation of suitable AI-powered recruiting tools.
- Development of efficient processes for applicant communication, pre-screening, and candidate management.
- Evaluation of new technologies and best practices in recruiting, HR-tech, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Utilization of automation and AI solutions to increase quality and efficiency.
Volunteer Recruiting
- Development of an international volunteer recruiting strategy.
- Building processes for attracting, retaining, and activating volunteers.
- Development of incentive and reward systems.
- Building long-term volunteer communities.
- Support in planning volunteer needs for our events.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or active sourcing.
- Understanding of different target groups and international labor markets.
- Understanding of recruiting as a strategic business function.
- Ability to build and continuously improve recruiting processes.
- Interest in new technologies and AI-powered recruiting solutions.
- Ideally, initial experience with automation or AI tools in recruiting.
- Understanding of how AI can be meaningfully applied in sourcing, communication, pre-screening, or process automation.
- Ability to actively approach people and inspire them for Mammutmarsch.
- Structured and independent working style.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Very good German and English language skills.
