The Role: Platform and AI Infrastructure Engineering Manager
You will own the shared systems and AI infrastructure that form the backbone of Anrok's product. This includes critical components like authentication, authorization, RBAC, FGAC, and audit trails, ensuring teams can move fast without compromising compliance. You will drive execution and strategy, shape the product roadmap, and coach senior engineers. While we primarily use TypeScript and React, prior experience is not a prerequisite.
In this role, you will:
- Hire, manage, and grow a talented team focused on building platform and AI infrastructure.
- Set product and technical strategy, and implement processes for high-quality execution.
- Write and review code collaboratively with the team.
- Foster a positive culture of feedback, opportunity, and growth.
- Contribute to Anrok's overall engineering culture and initiatives.
- Identify and implement appropriate uses of AI for automation and as automation itself.
- Mentor engineers, contribute to technical culture, and elevate engineering standards.
What excites us:
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, with significant software engineering background.

Work Environment
Anrok embraces a dynamic and flexible hybrid work environment. We collaborate in-person 3 days per week from our office hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Salt Lake City.
