Our AI-native software and data fusion products are utilized by governments, major banks, and global enterprises to automate the detection, investigation, and monitoring of financial crime, including money laundering and terrorist financing. The Role: Product Manager
We are looking for a motivated, curious, and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our growing product team. This role is designed as a career launchpad, valuing great product instincts and the right attitude over extensive prior experience. You will gain a solid grounding in the entire product lifecycle, with the flexibility to focus on areas that excite you, including the tech/delivery, commercial/marketing, or operational aspects of our AI systems.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and Shape Initiatives: Take responsibility for key product features from concept to launch, collaborating with UX designers, engineers, and QA specialists.
- Listen and Learn: Engage directly with customers and internal teams to deeply understand user needs and domain challenges.
- Build Momentum: Act as an Agile product owner, writing user stories, participating in team ceremonies, and guiding the team's delivery.
- Experiment with Strategy: Contribute fresh ideas to our product development, marketing strategies, and pricing approaches.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Some Product Experience: A solid grounding in product management principles (e.g., Associate PM, Product Analyst, or similar role in a fast-paced tech environment).
- B2B or SaaS Exposure: Familiarity with how enterprise software or SaaS products are built and delivered.
- Curiosity Around AI: Genuine excitement about AI technology and its potential to solve complex problems (formal data science degree not required).
- Strong Communication: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, listen to diverse perspectives, and build team trust.
