In this role, you will collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, providing the critical thinking, domain expertise, and formatting skills necessary to turn raw concepts into professional, polished assets. About The Role:

This is a freelance role for a Tendem project. As a Graphic Designer, your focus will be on creating clean layouts, modern infographics, social media templates, and ensuring overall visual polish. We require a versatile designer adept at using industry-standard tools to structure information cleanly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and establish clear visual hierarchy for engaging content.
• Design highly engaging, reusable templates for social media channels and impactful one-pagers.
• Elevate everyday materials through advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition.
• Transform raw data and concepts into professional, polished visual assets tailored to specific marketing and communication goals.
• Enforce design quality standards through systematic verification of visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative fields is a plus.
• Layout & Typography: Exceptional grasp of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition.
• Visual Asset Creation: Proven ability to structure information cleanly through modern infographics and compelling social media templates.
• Design Tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Format Versatility: Ability to seamlessly switch between designing one-pagers and digital templates.
• English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above is required.
• Mindset: Adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented.
• Quality Focus: Strong dedication to delivering visually polished, professional-grade assets.
• Work Ethic: Self-directed with the ability to manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously.

Project Time Expectations:

For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.
