Your Responsibilities

• Support in coordinating our internal talents.
• Assist in identifying and sourcing new cooperation partners.
• Learn to manage inquiries and create proposals.
• Gain insights into market pricing and negotiation strategies, with opportunities to practice negotiation skills.
• Understand contract structures within the industry and begin reviewing contracts.
• Support Artist Managers in developing and realizing concepts and content formats for talents.
• Act as a liaison between talents and partners, planning their involvement and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners, future formats, and shows.
• Initially, you will take on a supportive role, gradually transitioning to more responsibility based on your development.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of an internship, working student experience, or apprenticeship in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, or a related field (e.g., digital, social media, or PR agency).
• Interest and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the execution and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
