Certa's mission is to create a fair, data-driven valuation for every property in Germany. We are replacing traditional appraisal methods with an AI-powered valuation platform that is faster, more precise, and more transparent than current market offerings.

Your Responsibilities

• Own Projects from Day 1: Take immediate responsibility for distinct initiatives, such as introducing new tools, conducting market analyses for new regions, or leading internal automation projects.
• Strategic Contribution: Support management in quarterly reviews, OKR planning, and preparing for investor discussions.
• Apply AI in Practice: Utilize modern AI tools not only for efficiency but also to develop innovative solutions for clients and internal processes.
• Operational Excellence: Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive concrete improvements in collaboration with department heads.
• End-to-End Responsibility: Structure complex questions, implement solutions, and own project success, measured by concrete results.

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or in the transition phase between degrees.
• Excellent academic record and ideally, prior internship experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or startups.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and Technology: Comfortable working with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and similar technologies. You should be eager to explore new tools and embrace technical challenges, understanding the underlying technology even if not a developer.
• Fearless in the face of Technical Challenges: Proactively tackle workflow automation and data analysis tasks, seeking help when needed.
• Strong analytical skills, a hands-on mentality, and entrepreneurial acumen.
• High degree of self-responsibility, execution strength, and results orientation.
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
