(Junior) Finance & Controlling Manager (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are seeking a (Junior) Finance & Controlling Manager, initially for a fixed term of 2 years. As a key member of our newly founded outpatient care service, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and advancing our financial and controlling structures. In a dynamic setting with short decision-making paths and ample room for creativity, you will create transparency, develop efficient processes, and provide the financial basis for sustainable business decisions. Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Establishment and ongoing development of a meaningful controlling system to steer company growth.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and responsibility for ongoing financial accounting.
• Development of budgets, forecasts, and economic feasibility analyses to support strategic company objectives.
• Analysis of financial key figures, identification of optimization potential, and derivation of well-founded recommendations for action.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations, and collaboration with external tax advisors and auditors.

Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Initial experience in controlling as well as finance and accounting, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Ideally, knowledge of controlling and financial processes, as well as experience with relevant ERP or accounting systems.
• Independent work style, analytical thinking, and a structured, pragmatic approach.
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level) and good English language skills.
