Your Responsibilities
- Organize, collect, and record incoming invoices in the database, and prepare them for payment.
- Full administration of the invoicing process: issue proforma invoices, advance invoices, and final invoices, and manage related reports.
- Continuous collaboration with the accountant.
- Active use of CRM and ERP systems.
- Liaise with our internal teams (Sales, Client Service).
You Are the Ideal Team Member If:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in finance.
- You have experience in invoicing-related tasks.
- You are proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
- You are committed to learning and development.
- You have intermediate English language skills, both spoken and written.
- You have analytical and process-oriented thinking.
- You can work independently, but also enjoy working in a team.
