About the Role
At Gummicube, you will be part of a specialized business unit where app store performance, mobile growth, client success, and data-driven execution are paramount. As a member of the Business Development team, you will be the primary contact for companies seeking Gummicube’s ASO solutions. Your role will involve managing the inbound lead pipeline from initial inquiry through to closing, building strong relationships with prospects, and demonstrating how Gummicube can help achieve their mobile growth objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Own the inbound pipeline: Manage and qualify inbound leads, respond promptly, schedule introductory calls, and advance opportunities through the sales process.
- Pitch Gummicube’s solutions: Introduce prospects to Gummicube’s ASO methodology and DATACUBE technology, tailoring recommendations to their specific app category, goals, and competitive position.
- Research and prepare: Investigate prospective partners' apps and market presence to develop informed, prescriptive recommendations before calls and meetings.
- Support the Business Development team: Take notes during prospect calls, create briefing agendas, prepare executive-ready documents, and run reports to maintain team alignment.
- Build and maintain prospect relationships: Develop ongoing contact with new prospects, gather feedback, and address questions or concerns throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal stakeholders in strategy, analytics, and client services to identify opportunities and support revenue and profitability targets.
- Prepare client-facing materials: Assist in drafting statements of work, proposals, and data analyses for prospective clients.
- Use AI tools for personal productivity: Leverage AI-powered tools for tasks such as drafting communications, organizing research, and managing workflows.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain solutions to diverse audiences.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused, or services-oriented environment.
- Experience using CRM software to manage leads and track pipeline activity.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong ownership mindset, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to a team-based culture.
- Experience experimenting with AI tools or a strong eagerness to learn.
We’d Be Delighted If You Also Have
- Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO), mobile growth, mobile user acquisition, or app store analytics.
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing strategic direction.
- Familiarity with the App Store, Google Play, or the broader mobile marketing ecosystem.
- Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
Work Location & Travel Requirements
- This role is based in the United States and requires candidates to be located within the U.S. in eligible Airship locations.
- This is a fully remote, non-exempt position.
- May require up to 10% travel as needed.
- This role supports Gummicube’s U.S.-based business, team, and clients.
Compensation
Starting Pay Range: $31.25 - $33.90 USD per hour (annualized to $65,000 - $70,500 USD per year).
- Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, market demands, and location.
