Senior Revenue Operations Analyst
About the Role
We’re seeking a self-driven and strategic Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our lean but high-impact Revenue Operations team. This role is essential in maintaining and evolving our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and reporting infrastructure, supporting day-to-day sales operations, and driving cross-functional visibility into our pipeline, bookings, churn, and revenue performance.
This is a high-autonomy individual contributor (IC) role that requires strong Salesforce/CPQ technical skills, a deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM workflows, and a strong partnership mindset. You’ll report directly to the CFO and partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, and Billing—serving as the internal systems owner for Salesforce and related GTM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Salesforce and CPQ administrator, executing system changes, implementing configuration updates, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Own and evolve the Revenue Operations dashboard, surfacing key insights to Sales and Executive teams regarding pipeline, bookings, churn, and net Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) performance.
- Support the weekly Revenue Growth Call through dedicated reporting, dashboard maintenance, data analysis, and preparation of recurring business metrics.
- Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports for the CFO and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), including ARR forecasts and performance summaries suitable for board and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) presentations.
- Partner with our Senior Deal Desk Specialist to streamline quote processing and CPQ configurations, improve quote templates and DocuSign formatting, enhance sales order accuracy, and ensure end-to-end data consistency from quote to billing to revenue recognition.
- Intake and triage GTM systems-related requests across the Sales, Customer Success (CS), and Finance organizations.
- Identify and resolve Salesforce/CPQ issues, leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on error reduction, automation, and documentation.
- Support upcoming CPQ upgrade or system transition planning and implementation.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity across all GTM systems.
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Systems, or Salesforce administration within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Salesforce App Builder or CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CPQ, quoting workflows, and revenue operations processes.
- Proven experience supporting executive stakeholders and partnering cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with the GTM tool stack (e.g., ZoomInfo, Marketo, Zendesk, RingLead).
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical execution.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience managing executive-facing dashboards and ARR reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Bonus: Exposure to backend development (e.g., Apex), workflow automation, or scripting for Salesforce configuration.
