About the Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and securing exceptional talent to shape Mable's future. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder partnership to build a high-performing, diverse workforce that aligns with our mission and values. This role, based in our Sydney office with a hybrid working arrangement (2 days in office), involves balancing hands-on delivery with proactive sourcing to build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers (from team leaders to Exec level) to understand workforce needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively identify and engage candidates through diverse channels (job boards, social media, networks, referrals).
- Review applications, conduct screenings, and develop structured interview guides.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from interview coordination to offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and partners.
- Maintain data integrity in our ATS (Lever) and generate recruitment reports (pipeline management, hiring metrics, candidate experience).
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, policies, and tools, driving efficiencies and automation.
- Stay informed on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the broader People team on talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Coach and guide internal managers on interview techniques and best practices.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Experienced and results-driven Recruiter thriving in fast-paced environments.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth company, scaling tech startup, or health tech industry.
- Skilled across the full hiring process with excellent organizational ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders.
- Clear and impactful communication skills, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Confident in assessing candidate potential and using data-driven insights.
- Advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Takes ownership, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Adapts quickly to change with energy, positivity, and resilience.
