About the Role

We are looking for a (Junior) HR Generalist (m/f/d) in Munich, starting immediately. In this permanent position, you will form an important key function and take responsibility for diverse tasks in employee lifecycle management and organizational development. Responsibilities

  • Creation and implementation of HR strategies in line with the business strategy.
  • Independent implementation of exciting HR projects and support/further development of existing HR topics, such as feedback & performance discussions.
  • Preparation, support, and processing of all operational and administrative personnel management tasks, such as recruiting, onboarding and offboarding of employees, maintenance of master employee data in the HR system, and document creation.
  • Close collaboration with our managers on all personnel-related matters.
  • Handling employment law issues and their implementation within the company.
  • Planning and organization of team events and training opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on Human Resources or Psychology, or a comparable vocational training.
  • You have already gained (initial) relevant professional experience.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills, as well as high integrity and sense of responsibility.
  • You impress with independent work, operational implementation strength, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Enjoy working in a team, confident demeanor, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in event and project management is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of labor, social security, and wage tax law is desirable.
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
