We specialize in making it easy, fast, and reliable for the creditors' rights industry to hire stand-in attorneys. By combining proprietary software with a nationwide network of attorneys, we are redefining legal support services.
What You'll Do
- Secure Coverage on a Deadline: Manage a portfolio of open court hearings, utilizing phone, text, and email to secure attorney coverage before hearing dates.
- Negotiate Fees in Real Time: Confidently negotiate fees, handle counteroffers, and make above-standard offers when necessary, while protecting profit margins.
- Triage a Fast-Moving Pipeline: Prioritize competing hearings, make swift, sound judgment calls, and clearly articulate your reasoning.
- Manage Curveballs: Address last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps with a solutions-focused approach.
- Onboard and Support Attorneys: Guide new attorneys through Docketly's processes, answer their questions, and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Keep Clients Informed: Update law firms on hearing status to build trust and prevent surprises.
- Maintain Data Accuracy: Log activities, confirm assignments, and ensure pipeline accuracy; your numbers tell the story.
- Improve the System: Identify recurring coverage gaps and contribute ideas for process improvement.
What Success Looks Like
Success is measured by clear, daily metrics including hearing coverage speed, dropped hearing rates, book efficiency, and cost targets. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by scoreboards and achieving goals.
A Day in This Role
Each day is unique but follows a steady rhythm. Mornings are dedicated to high-priority hearings, contacting attorneys to secure coverage. Midday involves triaging new and at-risk hearings, negotiating fees, and updating clients. Throughout the day, you'll onboard attorneys, resolve scheduling issues, and maintain accurate records. The day concludes with setting up tomorrow's coverage and managing ongoing tasks. This role is based on-site in Longmont, Monday through Friday, working collaboratively with a team.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation (e.g., inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, high-touch customer service).
- Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuinely organized, able to manage multiple open items without errors.
- Calm and decisive under deadline pressure.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience in staffing, dispatch, gig-platform operations, or a high-volume call center/outbound environment.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven role.
- Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools.
- Exposure to legal, court, or collections operations.
- Comfortable using Mac OS and Google Workspace.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20–$22 per hour (starting rate based on experience).
