The Trigon Unternehmensgruppe is an established Berlin real estate company focused on the development, management, and rental of residential and commercial properties. The portfolio comprises approximately 4,000 residential units, 300 commercial units, and parking spaces.

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of our Finance and Accounting team
• Operational involvement in Finance and Accounting
• Responsibility for the financial accounting of several companies (management and property companies)
• Coding and booking of all business transactions, clarification of open items, and reconciliation of accounts
• Responsibility for payment transactions, cash management, and preparation of VAT pre-declarations
• Preparation and creation of annual financial statements according to HGB in collaboration with our tax advisor
• Creation of reports, business analyses, and evaluations
• Involvement in budget and liquidity planning
• Development and enhancement of controlling structures (cost and performance accounting, key figures)
• Further development and digitalization of financial processes, and participation in the implementation of a new ERP system

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable degree with a focus on Finance and Accounting
• Alternatively, completed training as a tax assistant (m/f/d) with further training as a certified accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of accounting according to HGB and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Initial leadership experience or team lead experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, results-oriented approach
