We are seeking motivated junior talents to start their careers in wealth management and develop into client advisors.

Your Perspective

With us, you won't start in a dead-end job. In the first few years, you will learn the business from the ground up: customer service, account openings, wealth management, regulatory processes, and collaboration with our advisors. If you demonstrate performance and commitment, you will gradually take on more responsibility and can develop into a client advisor within three to five years, managing your own client base.

Your Tasks

• Support our wealth managers in day-to-day operations.
• Prepare account openings and client documents.
• Maintain and update client data in the CRM system.
• Assist with regulatory and administrative processes.
• Monitor and process operational transactions related to client accounts.
• Close collaboration with banks, business partners, and internal teams.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our processes.
• Tasks according to office regulations.

Your Qualification

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics/business administration.
• Initial experience in finance, banking, insurance, or a comparable field is advantageous.
• Interest in capital markets and wealth management.
• High self-motivation and willingness to learn.
• Enjoy interacting with customers.
• Structured and meticulous work style.
• Proficient in digital applications and MS Office.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Discretion.
