About the Role:
As a Lead AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving IQ-EQ's AI strategy, architecture, and development. Your focus will be on building scalable AI solutions that harness the power of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent frameworks, and AI-driven automation, all while upholding secure and ethical AI practices.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, guiding AI strategy and solution development.
• Design scalable AI architectures that integrate LLMs, multi-agent systems, and secure AI frameworks for enterprise applications.
• Develop and optimize AI solutions using advanced RAG techniques, vector databases, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Build and deploy conversational AI, APIs (FastAPI), and microservices for real-time, AI-powered applications, focusing on strong performance optimization.
• Ensure robust AI deployment by integrating LLM security best practices, working with databases, and leveraging cloud, containerization, and CI/CD tools for scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of professional experience, with at least 6 years specifically in AI, data science, or machine learning.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and multi-agent AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in AI/ML tools and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on experience in API development, microservices architecture, and AI deployment.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
