About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will own a pipeline of enterprise accounts across the UK and EMEA, with typical deal sizes ranging from £100k to £200k ARR. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated SDR team, manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, and partner with Customer Success for expansion opportunities. The buyers are senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, CFOs) in large software engineering organizations, addressing critical concerns around developer productivity, engineering cost, and AI ROI. The current market landscape makes these conversations easier as the problems are recognized and budgeted for.

What You'll Own

  • Manage and grow an enterprise account pipeline in the UK and EMEA.
  • Execute the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Partner with SDRs and Customer Success teams.
  • Engage with C-suite and VP-level buyers on strategic initiatives.
  • Leverage advanced prospecting tools like 6Sense, Cognism, and Clay.

Requirements

  • Solid enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals in the £50k to £200k ARR range.
  • Comfortable selling to CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, and CFO buyers.
  • Proactive pipeline generation skills, selling the business case before the product.
  • Consistent quota attainment and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Experience selling into software engineering organizations, developer tooling, analytics, or AI products is advantageous.
  • Ability to speak the language of engineering leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: £70,000 - £90,000
  • OTE: Double base, uncapped
  • Work Environment: London HQ, 3 days in office, 2 remote.
