As a Senior Account Executive, you will own a pipeline of enterprise accounts across the UK and EMEA, with typical deal sizes ranging from £100k to £200k ARR. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated SDR team, manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, and partner with Customer Success for expansion opportunities. The buyers are senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, CFOs) in large software engineering organizations, addressing critical concerns around developer productivity, engineering cost, and AI ROI. The current market landscape makes these conversations easier as the problems are recognized and budgeted for.
AI governance and engineering ROI measurement have become board-level priorities. Buyers are funded, and the problem is urgent. BlueOptima offers a production-grade solution, making this an ideal time for a Senior AE focused on enterprise deals.
The natural progression is to Account Director, managing larger accounts with deal sizes scaling to £1M+ ARR. A path into sales leadership also exists, based on performance.
