About the Role

Cint is looking for an experienced, SaaS product-savvy Senior Product Designer to join their growing team. This role is crucial for shaping the customer experiences of Cint's product suite, requiring a strong blend of creativity and strategic vision. You will be an advocate for exceptional design, responsible for delivering high-quality and timely design outputs.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional user experience solutions across Cint's product suite, considering customers, business needs, and market dynamics.
• Conduct user testing and interviews to uncover unmet needs, generate product insights, and drive innovation.
• Collaborate with the Product Design team, stakeholders, and partners on strategic design solutions.
• Create comprehensive design artifacts, including user requirements, personas, storyboards, workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity visual comps, and prototypes.
• Translate complex systems into simple, tangible UI concepts, demonstrating them through storytelling and rapid prototyping.
• Validate design solutions through user testing with customers.
• Document and communicate design thinking, findings, and proposals effectively to product teams and leadership.
• Apply and contribute to the shared design system, ensuring visual consistency and efficiency across all products.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including designers, researchers, writers, strategists, product managers, and engineers.
• Partner with engineering teams to bring user-centered design solutions to market.

Requirements

• A passion for design, creative excellence, user experiences, and visual communication.
• Strategic and conceptual thinking abilities, understanding that design is more than just aesthetics.
• Demonstrated visual design skills with the ability to solve complex user problems with intuitive interfaces.
• In-depth knowledge of user experience design processes and methodologies for desktop, mobile, and native apps.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
• Confidence in presenting work, coupled with humility to accept feedback.
• Experience testing prototypes and a drive to see work transformed into beloved products.
• Passion for product design and knowledge of the industry's latest trends and technologies.
• An open mind and the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a product design or UX design role, preferably on a product team working with complex, technical SaaS products with a B2B focus.
• Expertise in modern design and collaboration tools, especially Figma (experience with variables and auto-layout is a plus).
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems or component libraries.
• Previous experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers.
