The Opportunity

This is a hybrid position based in Northern Virginia, requiring 2-3 days onsite at customer locations per week. US Citizenship or Greencard is mandatory due to government contract requirements.

Role Responsibilities

  • Advocate For Customers: Serve as the voice of the customer, relaying needs and requirements to the product team.
  • Manage Customer Requirements: Act as project manager for new feature development and platform deployment.
  • Be a Legion Expert: Develop deep technical knowledge of Legion's product and features to guide customer usage.
  • Lead Customer Onboarding: Train customers, including administrative users and champions, on platform utilization.
  • Demonstrate Value: Work with customers to understand their objectives and quantitatively and qualitatively demonstrate how Legion meets their needs.
  • Build High-Quality Relationships: Cultivate relationships across all customer stakeholder levels, from end-users to CISOs.
  • Ensure Renewals: Collaborate with sales teams to strategize for customer renewals and expansions while mitigating churn risks.
  • Provide Feedback: Proactively gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and data analysis for the engineering team.
  • Manage Issues: Coordinate with engineering for timely resolution of customer issues and maintain consistent communication.

Required Qualifications

  • SECRET or TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Significant experience as a CSM or AM working with the government. Ability to thrive in the federal space with minimal guidance.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations, primarily on the East Coast.
  • Experience with a technical product, particularly complex technologies like Generative AI, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs).
  • Exceptional communication skills to represent Legion to clients and clients to Legion.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering).
  • Understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning concepts and their real-world applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a startup and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Technical background with experience in project management tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) or application development.

Location + Travel

  • Hybrid position: 2-3 days onsite at customer locations in Northern Virginia per week.
  • Other travel as needed.

Compensation

  • $150,000—$230,000 USD
