The Opportunity

We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Consultant to build and lead our 2026 French brand campaign. This is a critical 6-month temporary role focused on campaign development, operating at the intersection of global strategy and local execution. You will be instrumental in driving Mozilla's cultural relevance in France, re-establishing Firefox as a differentiated brand, and contributing to user and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Development: Develop and lead a specific French marketing and brand strategy for the 2026 campaign. Partner with the Director of European Integrated Marketing to shape campaign strategy aligned with audience insights, brand priorities, product initiatives, and cultural moments.
  • Regional Insight: Develop strong thought leadership and understanding of the French market landscape, including consumer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging cultural trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, media, communications, creative, PR, and agency partners to develop impactful campaign platforms and programs for France.
  • Local Translation: Translate global campaign strategy into locally relevant marketing initiatives for 2026 that resonate with regional audiences and business priorities.
  • Campaign Execution: Deliver an integrated 2026 French brand campaign across owned, earned, and paid channels, including partnerships and brand moments.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards, tone of voice, and regional market nuances.
  • Program Management: Act as a strong program manager, accountable for the end-to-end execution of the campaign, maintaining clear project visibility, timelines, and stakeholder updates.

Professional Profile

  • 8+ years of deep consumer marketing, brand marketing, and/or strategy experience.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product launches and growth initiatives, with expertise in integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Solid understanding of coordinated channel mix approaches (owned + paid + earned) to drive user acquisition, consideration, and advocacy.
  • Strong grasp of quantitative test designs and a balance of creative excellence with high quantitative performance.
  • Outstanding organization, project management, and collaboration skills; proven ability to lead through influence.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, capable of leading multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, global environment.
