The Role: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) - Night Shift

As a CNA at the Masonicare Health Center, you will provide essential basic nursing care under the guidance and supervision of a licensed nurse. Your role is crucial in implementing personalized treatment plans designed to meet the unique needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic nursing care procedures as directed by a licensed nurse.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals and nourishment.
• Facilitate safe transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Support residents with ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
• Follow established treatment plans tailored to the age, needs, and abilities of each resident.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Connecticut certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.).
• Current CPR certification.

Schedule

• Night Shift
• 32 hours per week
• Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
