The Sr. Analyst, Financial Reporting works across a diverse portfolio of companies spanning the United States, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. They support quarterly and statutory compliance reporting for all business units, ensuring accuracy and adherence to evolving accounting standards. Responsibilities include evaluating and updating technical documentation as needed based on business changes, as well as conducting technical research, interpretation, and documentation related to new accounting guidance.
The Sr. Analyst, Financial Reporting serves as the primary owner of our Lease Accounting Center of Excellence, ensuring compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16 lease accounting standards. As a subject matter expert on leasing, they work closely with business unit partners to oversee the Group’s lease portfolio, driving consistency, accuracy, and compliance in lease accounting practices.
This role offers exposure to complex technical accounting matters across various industries and the chance to collaborate with accounting teams across our businesses. The Sr. Analyst, Financial Reporting reports to the Sr. Director, Financial Reporting.
This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
$100,000 - $115,000, and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
