About the Role
ProSidian seeks a dynamic Leading Without Authority Training Course Instructor to support civilian leadership development and training for the U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC). This role is crucial for enhancing the influence, relationship-building, and collaborative leadership skills of military and civilian personnel in environments where formal authority is limited. You will serve as a Content Subject Matter Expert/Instructor II, focusing on Human Capital solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans for the "Leading Without Authority" training.
- Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual instruction sessions.
- Conduct assessments to measure participant learning and development.
- Provide constructive coaching and feedback to participants.
- Support curriculum updates and implement improvements based on survey feedback.
- Integrate Learning Management Systems (LMS), audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methodologies.
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
Education / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Instructional certifications are preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in the DOD/Military Sector is highly desirable.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in facilitation, adult learning principles, and curriculum delivery.
- Proficiency in virtual instruction and assessment techniques.
- Strong communication and professional development training skills.
Competencies Required:
- Leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus.

- Supports the USARC CPMO Civilian Leadership & Development Program.
- Delivery methods include in-person and virtual.
- Typically provides 1 Day (8 Hours) Instructor-Led Training (ILT) / Virtual Engagements.
