About the Role
ProSidian is seeking a qualified Communication Training Course Instructor to support the U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) in their civilian leadership development initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills essential for professional and mission-focused environments. As a Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II, you will play a key role in improving workforce readiness and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop effective lesson plans for "Professional Communication and Organizational Effectiveness" training.
- Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual instruction sessions.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate participant comprehension and skill development.
- Provide personalized coaching and constructive feedback to participants.
- Contribute to curriculum updates and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Integrate Learning Management Systems (LMS), audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methodologies.
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
Education / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Instructional certifications are preferred.
- Relevant experience within the DOD/Military Sector is highly advantageous.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in facilitation, adult learning principles, and curriculum delivery.
- Skills in virtual instruction and assessment techniques.
- Strong communication and professional development training capabilities.
Competencies Required:
- Leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus.

- Requires NACI eligibility.
- Supports the USARC CPMO Civilian Leadership & Development Program.
- Delivery methods include in-person and virtual.
- Typically provides 1 Day (8 Hours) Instructor-Led Training (ILT) / Virtual Engagements.
- Requires expertise in verbal, non-verbal, written, interpersonal, intercultural, and electronic communication skills.
