ProSidian, a leading Management and Operations Consulting Services firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Leading Change Training Course Instructor to support Program Support for the U.S. Army Reserve (USARC) civilian leadership development program. This exempt 1099 contract position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site and virtual delivery, primarily located in the Southeast region (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery).

About the Role:

This position aligns with the GSA Labor Category: Content Subject Matter Expert/Instructor II, focusing on Civilian Training Services within the DOD/Military sector. You will be instrumental in delivering "Leading Change" training to equip leaders with the skills to effectively guide organizations through transitions and transformations.

Job Overview:

  • Deliver "Leading Change" training as part of Human Capital (HC) Solutions for USARC Civilian Training Services.
  • Focus on strengthening workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance through effective change management.
  • The program aims to prepare leaders to communicate vision, manage resistance, build stakeholder commitment, and sustain momentum during change initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop comprehensive lesson plans.
  • Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual instruction.
  • Conduct assessments to measure learning.
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to participants.
  • Support curriculum updates and implement survey-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

Desired:

  • 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Instructional certifications are preferred.
  • Minimum 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
  • Experience in the DOD/Military Sector is highly valued.

Skills Required:
